Elixiir Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Elixiir — a SaaS platform developed and owned by DiigVeda Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Elixiir, including our website (www.elixiir.in) and application (app.elixiir.in), you ("Client", "you", or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-level agreements or pricing plans you accept.

Services & License

We provide access to Elixiir’s software-as-a-service modules, which may include:

  • Google Review Automation & Sentiment Analysis

  • WhatsApp & SMS CRM Campaign Tools

  • Loyalty & Prepaid Management

  • Appointment Booking System

  • Google Business Profile Optimization Tools

  • GMB Post Scheduler

  • Local Rank Tracker

  • Mini Website Builder

  • Business Analytics & Dashboard

Upon successful signup, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these services, subject to the features available under your selected subscription plan.

Account Set-Up & Responsibilities

You must register with accurate business and contact information. You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Ensure data entered into the system (e.g. customer contacts, reviews, staff details) is lawful and authorized

  • Refrain from misuse of any Elixiir tools or modules

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Payment & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually as per your selection.

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly mentioned.

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).

  • You authorize us to auto-debit future subscription renewals until cancelled.

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access or suspension.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Elixiir services, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading harmful, illegal, or infringing content

  • Sending unsolicited or spam messages

  • Attempting unauthorized access to our infrastructure

  • Misrepresenting your identity or business

Violation may lead to immediate account suspension.

Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for policy breaches, illegal use, or non-payment.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by written request.

  • Access to Elixiir features will end at the expiration of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property Rights

All platform code, branding, UI, and proprietary systems are the intellectual property of DiigVeda Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of:

  • Customer data

  • Campaign content

  • Uploaded logos, business materials, or reviews

You grant us a license to use this content only to deliver services.

Data Usage & Feedback

  • Business and consumer data are handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy

  • We may aggregate and anonymize usage statistics to improve product performance and user experience

  • Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide may be used by us royalty-free

We do not sell or share your business data with third parties for advertising.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Elixiir platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

  • Third-party platform availability (e.g., WhatsApp, Google APIs)

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the value of your last paid subscription fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of business, data, or revenue.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You agree not to bring collective or class actions.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

  • Email to your registered address

  • Banner or notification on our platform

Continued use of Elixiir constitutes your acceptance of revised terms.
