Payment Policies – Elixiir

Free Trial

Elixiir is committed to providing clear and fair billing practices to all users. This policy outlines our approach to trials, subscription charges, auto-renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial, during which core platform features are accessible without billing.

  • The trial is non-extendable and limited to one use per account.

  • At the end of the trial, unless cancelled, the selected subscription plan will be automatically activated and billed.

  • No refunds will be processed after the trial converts into a paid plan.

Subscription Billing & Autopay

Elixiir operates on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual), powered by Razorpay Subscriptions.

  • By subscribing, you authorize Elixiir and Razorpay to auto-debit future renewal charges.

  • The subscription will remain active and billed on a recurring basis until you explicitly cancel.

  • To stop auto-renewal, you must:

    • Cancel your subscription from the Elixiir dashboard, and

    • Ensure cancellation of the mandate via your bank or Razorpay UPI/AutoPay settings.

  • Charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis until the effective date of cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of account activation may be considered; however, a 30% activation fee will be deducted.

  • After 7 days, no refunds will be processed unless:

    • A billing error has occurred, or

    • You provide valid technical evidence preventing platform usage (evaluated case-by-case).

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Unused time in an active subscription

    • Delayed cancellation or auto-renewals not stopped in time

Cancellations

  • ou may cancel your subscription anytime via your Elixiir dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation:

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days

  • Auto-renewal will be stopped if you follow the full cancellation process as outlined in section 2

Payment Failures & Account Suspension

  • If a payment attempt fails, you will receive reminders before the system retries the charge.

  • Continuous failure may result in suspension or limitation of your account until payment is settled.

Policy Updates

  • Elixiir reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification, with the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page.
