Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is completed within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.

 

Delivery Partners:

We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket) to ensure timely and secure delivery of your items.

 

Tracking & Notifications:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges may apply depending on your location and will be displayed during checkout.

For Digital Services (e.g., CRM, AI Review Automation, Appointments Tool)

All Elixiir SaaS Services are delivered digitally via our cloud-based application https://app.elixiir.in upon successful signup and onboarding.

 

Access Timeline:

 

  • Free Trial Users: Immediate access post-registration

  • Paid Subscribers: Access begins upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay and completion of onboarding steps

 

You will receive an email with login instructions and onboarding guidance after your subscription is activated.

General Notes

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, public holidays).

  • In case of delivery issues, damaged packages, or non-receipt, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
