  • Google Business Profile data (e.g., location info, categories, customer reviews)

  • OAuth data for Google integration (e.g., name, email, profile photo)

  • Usage data (login timestamps, feature interactions, campaign history)

  • Billing and subscription details (through payment processors like Razorpay or Stripe)

B. Consumer Data Collected by Our Customers

  • Businesses using Elixiir may collect and store:

  • Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses

  • Booking and visit history

  • Loyalty points, wallet balances, and prepaid plan data

  • Review content and feedback

  • Interaction history with campaigns (e.g., offer redemption, message delivery)

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our platform and services

  • Authenticate logins and manage sessions

  • Deleted accounts are purged only after written request from business to avoid data loss

  • We adhere to Google’s Limited Use Requirements
