Replying to Google Reviews: Templates That Build Trust
Every reply is read by future customers. Short, specific responses win more trust than long apologies.
Customers read your replies as closely as the reviews themselves. A thoughtful reply to a two-star review often does more for your reputation than ten five-star reviews with no response.
Thank people by name
Use the reviewer's first name and mention what they had done. "Thank you, Meera, glad the keratin treatment worked out" feels human.
Handle complaints in public, solve them in private
Acknowledge the problem, apologise once, and offer a phone number or WhatsApp to fix it. Do not argue the details publicly.
Reply in the customer's language
If a review is in Hindi or Tamil, reply in the same language. Elixiir's AI replies match your brand voice in multiple languages so you never fall behind.
